Instructor Criminal Law/Procedure Univ of Washington (Program in Society and Justice); Director Legal Aid Program to McNeil Island Federal Prison; Prosecutor (homicide specialist)California; Judge (both State and Federal levels); Director, Project to Restructure Salvadoran Justice System. Currently: Instructor Arizona State University Extension program, and Mediator, Maricopa County Courts.
