My daughter Elizabeth Slade is doing a report on you for her second grade class. We got to thinking about how amazing it would be if you could visit her elementary school in Stoughton, Massachusetts. We could only imagine how you must have an extremely busy schedule. It would make a great learning experience for all the children at the Dawe Elementary School if you could possibly make time to teach them all the lessons you've learned in life and to detail what it was like to travel to space. You are quite a remarkable woman and have accomplished so many wonderful things thus far in your life we knew it would be very fascinating to report on you.

My daughter Kennedy who is a 3rd grader at Clissold Elementary school in Chicago, Il is excited because she is presenting a bio on you as well as acting out your role as an Astronaut. Kennedy throurghly understands that you are also a physician and that you've helped people all over the world. She is so honored to present on you. She is even more estatic that you attended Morgan Park H.S. & that her brother is a 7th grader at Morgan Park H.S.
