He certainly has the right to voice his opinion; however, having said that, he would not be a suitable ambassador for our country and therefore doesn't belong in the peace corps.
One thing that you do learn (when you serve in a 3rd world country)is that while we all know that our country has it's faults; there are also so many very good things, too.
