Anybody know where Tom is now?
I knew Tom in the 70's, when he was with Care in Liberia, building the same road from Fishtown to Sasstown that he'd started with PeaceCorps. He and Janice and McCarthy the chimpanzee lived in a trailer just about as far from anywhere as you could get in Liberia. I was with Libtraco, and had a trailer at Zwedru, and used to swing by his place every few months or so to see how/if his ancient Caterpillar was still running.
Would be good to hear what's happened to Tom in the years since then.
