My daughter has been accepted as a candidate for service in the Peace Corp. She expects to be assigned to a French speaking country in West Africa. She has heard that the West Africa region has experienced the highest Peace Corp drop out rate. Does any one know if this is true and if so why volunteers are leaving this area? Thanks for your help with this question.
