2007 marks the Peace Corps' 40th anniversary in Samoa and we have a lot of events planned. We're trying to contact all volunteers who served in Samoa from the beginning. If you want to be in the loop I'll send you the ACPD's contact information.

Talofa Tavita,
My name is Felolini Maria Ifopo. I am a Samoan residing in Christchurch, New Zealand. Recently, I was given a Samoan language manual used by the Peace Corp to teach its members. I have found it immensely useful in helping to revive the language for a generation of Samoans here who do not speak the language. However, I was asked not to photocopy the manual I received so I am asking to see if I can obtain a manual directly from the Peace Corp. I intend to modify it to make it relevant to New Zealand. Because there are no language courses in Christchurch or even available by correspondence, it is incredibly valuable. I hope you may be able to help me source a copy with the intention I will be able to share it with my students. You can contact me at flyinggeesepro@gmail.com or +64 272294472. Alofa tele - F M Ifopo

Hi Tavita
I realise this is way too late for the 40th Anniversary celebrations but I was wondering if you would kindly forward me the contact details for Pamela George who served in Samoa as a teacher from about 1967 - 1970 or thereabouts please.
I have been trying to get in touch with her without any luck so your assistance would be greatly appreciated
Kind Regards
