Retired in 2006 after 28 years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where I served as senior program officer developing disaster recovery regulations, policy, procedures, and training courses. Also served as national Individual Assistance Cadre Manager and IA Training Manager.

Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:

It was a defining period in my life. I remember many days then as if they happened last week.
