We too got this info via email the sad thing about it is, i thought they had the sense to connect to the local government ministy. another thing is, the number are not in the same state. one is for orange county in orland and the fax number is for pesanvennia. i checked the webpage orgsites and there is a conference at the end of april, they indicated via email that thehir conference is in june.

I think ICORCAR-2007 is not a real..!!!!!
Because they have send email to lots of people all over wolrd...!!!!
And time / duration is different for ALL..!
Plese confirm before start your journey..??!!!
