I'm Maureen Carroll, President of the Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine Development. We are the Philippines group affiliated with the National Peace Corps Association. We've been around for 17 years and have financed 65 college educations in the Philippines. If you'd like to be on our mail list, send me an e-mail at maureencarroll@erols. com.
We're organizing the Philippine celebration on Saturday September 22. That evening, we'll have a party from 7 to 11 p.m. at the International Student house at 1825 R. Street. Filipino food, entertainment, San Miguel cash bar. To reserve space at the party please send checks for $20 a person to Stuart Taylor at 11142 Rutledge Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. RPCVs who completed service within the past year pay half price. You may pay at the door only if space is still available.
