Michael Wolfson will be organizing the reception at the embassy which will be
separate from the registered conference events so you will not have to be
registered to attend. Depending on what he works out with the embassy we
might each contribute $20 or $10 to offset their costs. That is what we
did 10 years ago.

The reception at the embassy is being organized
for the evening of Saturday, September 22.

It is not known at this time if incoming Peruvian
President Alejandro Toledo will be attending.

President Toledo is scheduled to be the keynote
speaker for the 40th the morning of Friday
September 21.
