Left the Peace Corps in late April of 2005 with adopted son & returned to Alaska. Applied to Americorps and worked with a refugee resettlement program in Anchorage until 2006. Now working for a financial planning firm providing technical assistance in writing financial plans and exit strategies for business owners. On the side, I'm studying permaculture and working to turn my home into an urban homestead.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
I miss it all. But I am glad to be home. I'm trying to incorporate all I learned into my life here.
Anyone you are looking for or would like to hear from?:
Anyone who knew me. Thanks for the memories! Look me up if you come this way.
