Hi,

I was wondering how the issue of cat de clawing could be put on a ballot to be voted by
The People of the United States of America as against the law, if de clawing was to be performed in the United States. Do you have any suggestion's. I would be willing to help with a petition in Irvine, California. I have had two cat's de clawed 17 and 18 year's ago and did not know how bad it is for the cat and how horrible it is for the cat to go through. If there is anyone who could help me I would appreciate it.
