She was elected the Office and Financial Manager of the Bohemia Corps by the members in January. She is one of the founding members of the organisation. She oversees all projects, coordinates them, works with the volunteers in the Bohemia Corps office, does fund-raising, manages all office and financial matters etc.

From 1996 to 1997, Ms. Kucerova worked for the Peace Corps in administrative positions. She was responsible for financial matters, prepared periodic reports for the post, RAMC/Paris and Peace Corps/Washington. She was also responsible for training of programme sector and closing all the Peace Corps programme in the Czech Republic, including closing of the whole office in Czech Republic.

Prior to that, she worked as an energy and environment specialist and advisor for the Ministry of Industry and Trade, then for the Ministry of Environment. From 1990 to 1994 she was taking part in preparing privatisation projects and participated on part of the energy policy of the Czech Republic. Ms. Kucerova received her degree in the Technical University of Prague in 1981.
