In a picturesque plateaued hillside, I own about 25 acres of good land. I have in mind multipurpose projects for special needs. A holistic setting would sublimate high energy and absorb ambitions profitably.

But I desire for the level building site an educational institution as a forum for adults on weighty issues. This would be modeled upon the Columbia School of Journalism/PBS Media and Society Seminars.
