Anybody out there have a recipe for the dried meat served on the streets of Niamey, or any of the larger towns in Niger?

I just found this website and saw your post from 3 years ago. I wonder how you're doing? Seems like hardly anyone from Niger 1976-78 appears in these RPCV lists. Would love to reconnect.
