The editors of Peace Corps at 50, www.peacecorpsat50.org, have extended the deadline for submitting stories to March 1, 2008, the day that JFK signed the executive order that started it all.

We have received a bounty of stories already (Africa RPCV's have been particularly prolific), but for the procrastinators among us, we felt it only fair to add a couple of months.

We especially need submissions from RPCVs who served in the post Cold War era in Cold War countries.

The new date will be posted on the site this weekend.
