Dear Gene:
I used to own the Abyssinian Restaurant in Washington D.C. I had served in the Peace Corps Administration and USAID/Gondar. Gene Ellis used to come to my restaurant and order Mintchet Abish. It's a beef deish and is like Kay Watt except the meat is 100% lean and chopped very finely. Gene couldn't get enogh of it.
