My name is Haile S. Giorgis. I used to work at the Public Health College in Gondar Ethiopia as the secretary to the Dean (Dr. Dennis Carlson) I met Alan and Sue Boyd there. They invited me to their home by the main street from downtonwn Gondar to the Public Health College. They were very nice to me and very committed to their work as teachers. I asked them, "what do I do to the potato skin?" They did not want to make fun of me, and then told me politely that I'm supposed to eat it.

I now live in Washington D.C. and work in Virginia.
