I am looking for a Parguayan named David Prisbill (not sure of correct name spelling) who served in Curuguaty during 1978-1979. He was a math teacher.

I met a Paraguayan last night who currently lives in Atlanta, GA, but used to be David's Paraguayan neighbor, and would like to contact him. Does anyone know David and have any contact info?
