She pretended to be GLOBAL YOUTH ORGANISATION FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT Seattle, WA, USA and that she with other members are preparing a conference on Human Rights Development from the 19th - 21st of May 2008 And Athens Greece from the 26th - 29th of May 2008. She even dared to tell me that if I am interested to participate and represent my country I amy Contact the secretariat of the organizing committee for details and Information.

She even gave me the E-mail of the contact persons. When i tried I found that it is a fake way of conning people just for getting money from people.

Please be careful. She nothing but a cone stupid and silly lady.

Received the the same email but the dates are different.

21 to 24 July in USA and 29 to 31 July in Athens.

Another email says 19 to 23 june in USA and 25 to 30 june in Athens.

Thanks for sharing this information. I am from South Africa and received a similar mail from "Elizabeth Bukala" with an invite to attend a meeting in Seattle from the 16th to 20th of June 2008 and Athens from the 23rd to 28th of June 2008. I'm glad I decided to do a background check on her and came across these messages.

HI! AM LYDIA LUBATON FROM THE PHILS. I ALSO RECEIVED SAME MSG FROM THIS LADY NAMED ELIZABETH BUKALA. I WAS SURPRISED AND NATURALLY I WAS INTERESTED ON IT SINCE SHE SAID FREE AIRFARES AND ACCOMMODATIONS IN SEATTLE. I CONTACTED THE MAIL ADDRESSEE SHE GAVE BUT THEN THE CONFERENCE DATES WERE DIFFERENT. AND HOTEL PAYMENT IS ASKED TO BE SENT IN ADVANCE FOR ATHENS OR HAITI. SO, THIS GAVE ME THE CREEPS, SINCE THIS IS HOW SCAMS ARE. SO I'VE SEARCHED THE WEB FOR HER NAME AND CAME ACCROSS THIS WARNING AGAINST THIS SO CALLED FAKE ORGANIZATION. THANK YOU GUYS FOR POSTING THIS. IT NEARLY DECEIVED ME TO BE TRUE. I HOPE OTHERS WILL DO THE SEARCHING FIRST BEFORE THEY SUCCUMBED TO SUCH KIND OF DECEITS.
