taught high school 7 years, managed, then owned and operated restaurants, worked & consulted in food and beverage industry, taught college, worked with UW (Wisconsin) SBDC, retired after serving as Dean of Evening and Weekend College for Minneapolis Community and Technical College.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
Two of the best years of my life, I learned a lot about myself and the world. I know those two years greatly affected the rest of my life
