Robert Garfinkle

Robert Garfinkle received a BA in American Studies from Yale University in 1968. Following graduation, he served two years with the Peace Corps in Brazil. He was awarded a Masters in Creative Writing by Johns Hopkins University in 1972 and a JD by Emory University in 1976.

He is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is the trial lawyer in our firm. He served as President of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association for 1990-1991. His practice is based in personal injury actions, complex commercial litigation and divorce work.
