Hello,

I am a PC volunteer in Odessa Ukraine.
I am interested in finding a volunteer in China who has a grant posted on the Partnership program webpage. For a start, I was looking for the email of someone in the PC office staff, that maybe able to help me. I know the country director is Dr. Foley, but little else.

Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.
