Bill Threlkeld - Administrator

Bill has been involved in the community development field since 1983. He was a Land Use Planner for local governments in Virginia from 1983 to 1988, and served as a Rural Development Advisor with the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic from 1989 to 1991. In 1992, he worked with the Peace Corps as a Program Coordinator and in 1993 he became Administrator of Cultural Survival's Central America Program. He has a B.S. in geography and a Master's degree in international development policy, and is fluent in Spanish.
