Marred to Lisa since 1979; daughter Amy born in 1985, son Alan in 1989. Earned MBA from UT Austin in 1980; worked for major US public corporations in Europe, Mexico and the US before acquiring Wright Flyers Academy in 1998 at the San Antonio (TX) International Airport, one of the largest and most respected pilot training centers in the US.
