Dear Bruce,
I will dispense for now with the emotionalism
associated with not having been in contact with you for some 38 years, but as usual. I am contacting the" man upstairs" because I need help. This time with my local hospital proving I really was in the Peace Corps from 1968-1970( Nepal 17). It is on my CV but they need Official Certification.
That is how things are evolving!
I am sure you remember me, can you help me?
