Became a nurse practitioner, married another PCV Stephen Derksen, had two children, lived in many places including Singapore and Argentina, taught school and am now retired in Florida where I do community volunteering.
Any thoughts you have now looking back on peace corps days?:
Great experience in living in another culture, learning a language, and traveling.
