On the 2009 Juried Student Exhibition, Hoar had this to say: “Your school has some very, very strong students. Hence, it was a great pleasure and great fun to judge the work.”
Hoar will provide more information on his selection process through a juror’s statement that will be part of the student exhibit. He selected 44 out of the 119 pieces entered into the exhibition, making this student show one of the most competitive in recent years.
Gallery hours are 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday 1-4 p.m., Saturday.
