I am a PCV serving with Haley Shellhorn in St. Lucia (EC78, 2008-2010), and I'm specifically searching for Chris Kitzer, RPCV, who worked on expanding the Junior Achievement Program in St. Lucia in the late 1990's (possibly 1999-2001).
