swine flu

well, yes, swine flu is hitting the world right now. strangely, it seems that at the moment el salvador is a safer place to be than texas. es has had no confirmed cases as of yet but as i was reading the paper this morning (its labor day in es), i ran across an article in the ny times that very well describes el salvador's people and health system....and why latin america has not reported nearly as many infections yet. in the first part of the article simply substitute "el salvador" for mexico and you will understand what i am talking about. culture, hospitals, and swine flu clash
