Ukraine RPCV Tom Hogan to discuss "A Lincoln Trilogy", a comparison of the 16th President's two inaugural addresses and the Gettysburg Address
Hogan is an Adjunct Professor at Torrington UConn. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the University of Connecticut School of Law. In 2003 Tom and his wife joined the United States Peace Corps and taught English and American Culture for four semesters in Ukraine.

PRLog (Press Release) – Aug 11, 2009 – Tom Hogan of Litchfield will discuss "A Lincoln Trilogy", a comparison of the 16th President's two inaugural addresses and the Gettysburg Address on Tuesday, August 25, from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the Oliver Wolcott Library. Hogan's remarks will demonstrate how Lincoln used three stages of existence, namely: birth, death and rebirth among these three speeches, while at the same time using three separate documents as his baseline, one for each speech. Hogan is an Adjunct Professor at Torrington UConn. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the University of Connecticut School of Law. In 2003 Tom and his wife joined the United States Peace Corps and taught English and American Culture for four semesters in Ukraine. Space is limited. Registration is required.
