Medfield -
Hello, Medfield!
My name is Tara Anderson and I am working with Medfield Memorial Public Library as a Circulation Library Assistant. Before coming to Massachusetts, I spent two years in The Gambia West Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching computer literacy, supporting local education projects, and speaking Wollof.
I call Oahu, Hawaii my home, although I moved several times during my childhood. The places I have lived include Germany, California, Texas, Maryland, Hawaii, The Gambia, and now Massachusetts.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University and spent three years working for my University's Library system in Circulation and Tech services. I have always found the library a great place to explore and be curious and encourage you to do the same. If you want to talk Travel, Computers, Peace Corps, or want to learn a few phrases in Wollof, stop by the Medfield Library.
