Emily Peyser has listed for sale the two-bedroom, one-bath condo Unit #202 at 1818 Bigelow Ave. N. in Seattle for $479,950.
The 936-square-foot condo in the Queen Anne subdivision was built in 1964. Mary Louis of Windermere Real Estate Co. is the listing agent for the condo.
