This is really, a long shot, but the above picture is the Nabukalu creek that runs alongside the Morris Hedstrom Ltd supermarket in Suva.
The "Morris" in the name is one of the founders -a Percy Atherton MORRIS who was born in Fon du lac City Wisconsin. Percy was a 1st cousin of my grandfather Benjamin Mason Morris who was also born in Fon du lac city.
Lucy Morris nee Wild & family had emigrated from UK to go to the Fiji Is around 1860 and were staying awhile with her brother Benjamin Wild in Fondulac. She had her two sons with her, Laban and Benjamin who married the Atherton & Mason girls in Fondulac.
Be interested if the David Morris ancestry is linked up somewhere in the distant past.
