Adventures in Kiribati: David Brummel Home Page

Whuz up people!
This is kind of a boring site! Hey David Brummel, do you have people visit your site? Am I the first one. If it is, its cool!
I'm a I-Kiribati, and I have been away from home for more than 20 years! I am from the islands of Nonose & Onotoa and even though I have never set foot on I am proud to be of both islands. I have been homesick since I left , that's why I just vist any website that says "Kiribati".
Just want to comment to who ever won the seat of presidency on this coming election, that he or his cabinet; should kick the Chinese out of the island. I have nothing against the Chinese cause I like Jackie Chan & Jet Li, but there presence there is not to help the Kiribati people, but to better their military capability to protect their motherland. We all know about the Chinese tension with USA. The satellite thing in South Tarawa is to keep an eye on Kwajalien.
We are peaceful people,(I think) and so our islands! We don't want problems from other countries to come to us. Just a comment!
