I am hoping to establish contact with a Toby who worked as a teacher at the Adaua Secondary School in Malaita Province in the early 1990s. Maybe 1991 to 1993 and he left in 1994.

A friend in Malaita wants to contact him and so I am trying to search for Toby via this thread. My friend has given a photo of Toby but not a surname.
