Richard Harrill: Mr. Harrill is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. Political Science, 1991) and the UNC School of Law (J.D., 1998). He served as a teacher in the U.S. Peace Corps in Veszprém, Hungary from 1993-1995. Prior to that he worked as a consultant to the Bonner Foundation in 1993, evaluating campus-based community service programs throughout the US and organized its first summer leadership institute. He also served on the board of the Campus Outreach Opportunity League, worked with Youth Service America, and directed a campus-wide service-learning program at UNC.
