Attended graduate school at UNC-CH from '89 to '94. Worked at UNC
Hospital until '95. Took a travel PT position until '97 and then moved to
Saipan to work at local hospital until present.

My peace corps experience has definitely been an asset to me in my
work here on Saipan. Although this is a US territory it is a very
multicultural and non-western place.

I began working in credit unions in the Peace Corps and have continued to do so. In 2002 I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail walking 2,168 miles from Maine to Georgia. It took me five months.
