Peace Corps Online: Frequently Asked Questions: May I circulate to local media email, etc. from PCOL?

By Joanne Marie Roll (joey) on Saturday, March 15, 2003 - 8:33 am: Edit Post

The email from Duaine Goodno was good journalism. Many of us are now routinely emailing local media (press and talkradio) with items or reference to items which may add to the debate on the impending war. I know I could refer in an email to PCOL and direct local journalists to the website. Is there any other way?

One of the purposes of Peace Corps Online is to provide an independent source of news and information about the Peace Corps and about Returned Volunteers for use in local and COS Newsletters and for RPCVs to distribute to the media.

All articles on PCOL for which we hold original copyright may be reprinted by Returned Volunteers.

The only thing that we ask is that you is that an attribution be made in the article to "Peace Corps Online" and, if possible a link to our web site.
