I was hoping you could add Niue to the list of Countries of Service. Even though there were only 20 of us it's still a country that PC served in!

You're right. Niue is an independent country. As one Niue web page states:
The Peace Corps currently administers a program in Niue:
Niue is one of the world's smallest self-governing states. The island has a population of only 1750 and a surface of 259 square kilometres. Niue is an elevated atoll and it is one of the largest coral islands in the world. Niue's greatest attractions are its chasms and crevices. The Niueans are related to Samoans and Tongans rather than Tahitians and also the Niuean language is related to both the Samoan and the Tongan language. The name Niue is derived from niu, meaning coconut tree.
We will be adding a Directory for Niue in a few days. In the meantime, here's a photo of Alofi City in Niue that we found on the web:
Peace Corps and the Government of Niue have initiated an integrated island development program to strengthen the island's private sector and infrastructure, and provide Niueans with the capacity to run their government and economy independently.

For my senior seminar project I am interested in discussing "Peace Corps presence (or lack thereof)in the Muslim world." Through research I have learned that a "Muslim country" is defined as having roughly 40% Muslim population. Could I get a list of all these countries the Peace Corps services? I read that this list is around 18 strong. Thank you so much for your help.
