Hi - I think I've logged into this service more than once, but I re-registered today, except I was never prompted to create a password. Then everywhere I go it asks for my password. What do I do?

You should receive a password from PCOL by email within an hour or two of registering (that's during normal office hours). If you haven't received your password within that time, then send us an email so we can check on it.
