If you are coming from the South, Cross over from 395 to Federal Hill on Hamburg Street. This is the cross street right after you pass the Football Stadium and before you get to Oriole Stadium. You need to exit 395 on the right just before you make this turn.
If parking is tight, then go to Light Street then go East up Cross Street and there is always parking up the hill by the elementary school.
