BELFAST (July 22, 2004): Wesley Rothermel, a long-time political activist, former Peace Corps volunteer and recent Democratic state Senate contender, will speak about his work over the past 15 years to bring about reconciliation between white people and indigenous peoples in Maine. The talk is free and childcare will be provided.

The talk will be sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Church, at 37 Miller St., on July 25 at 9 a.m. Unitarians believe that life's diversity is its power. For more information, call 338-4482 or view www.uubelfast.org.
