I'm an RPCV from Senegal and my HCN husband and I are looking for a place to live in DC - maybe Adams Morgan, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Columbia Heights? We're not sure where, just as long as it is rather inexpensive. Let me know if you have any advice. Thanks.
