we're a young couple who've lived and travelled internationally (not with PC, but we have great relationships with RPCVs!). we live in dc and have a one bedroom basement apartment for rent in our private home. our home is in brookland near the fort totten metro. the apartment is about 500 sq ft with a separate bedroom and it's own kitchen and bathroom. there is a private entrance and access to shared laundry facilities and a shared patio/backyard. the rent is $895/month (including utilities) and $50 extra for off street parking if you have a car. a credit check and application fee of $25 are required. the application fee is credited towards your first months rent if you end up signing a lease. it's available starting july 1st. 12 month lease minimum preferred.
