I am the former Country Director of Peace Corps Azerbaijan (2009-2011) and formerly Admin Officer in Armenia and Suriname.
I had a request today for Ukraine RPCVs in the Des Moines area. There is an upcoming Sister Cities/delegation at the end of March 2013. Please email me if this applies to you, and I will forward your name to the organizer/requester.
