Prologue of STEP
Social Transformation and Educational Prosperity-STEP is a non-profit, volunteer and non Governmental organization. “STEP” was inaugurated in 2000. It is working to develop the people through awareness. “STEP” started the mobilization of community of “Local Towns” is locality of Faisalabad
People of the area especially women are deprived part of the society. They realized that their unity would change their marginalized life. So with the passage of time they themselves realized their problems which are hurdle in the way of their development. With few community meetings they became able to decide that a group is the present need of the areas which can assist to solve their problems. So resultantly they develop an organization named (Social Transformation and Educational Prosperity-STEP)

MISSION STATEMENT:
STEP is Achieving its vision through information, Research, co-ordination, Education and Training
LEGAL STATUS:
STEP is Registered (RJSC/FSD/2005/88212) under the Societies Registration ACT XXI of 1860 by the Government of Punjab Pakistan.
OBJECTIVES:
1 To aware the people about the importance of skilled Education.
2 To aware the people the root causes of their poverty
3 To assist the communities to improve their primary Health problems.
4 To assist the people for self-development & women Empowerment Program.
5 To help the people for peace and harmony, Rehabilitation & support to Disables.
developmental Approaches
1 Focus the areas where there are opportunities of development but need to find out opportunities for the areas.
2 Urge people for their self development &health Problems.
3 Develop each group of the community but focus much ignored groups.
4 Special attention towards disable and for their education.

Basically we had not prepared program to implement for the community but the programs will be implemented which will be identify and developed by community with mutual discussion and understanding.
