Kinyarwanda instructor needed.

I'm moving to Kigali soon, and expect to study Kinyarwanda. I prefer ex-Peace Corps instructors who focus on conversation, not grammar. Anyone know of such a person in Kigali who might be interested in a long-term one-on-one teaching arrangement? English/French/other language skills unimportant.
