program in Santa Barbara.

Mr. David J. Gugerty is the Co-Founder/President of the Monterey Trellis Corporation with affilications with de Monterey Ventures, LLC, a holding company for other retirement communities and real estate holdings. Mr. Gugerty's expertise is in the field of Public Health and in the Management of Retirement and Assisted Care facilities in Southern California. He currently still manages his business interests along with raising 2 children and his wife of 19 years, jill.
