Hello,
I'm an RPCV from Niger, and I currently go to law school. I am working in an asylum clinic, and I have a Sri Lankan (Sinhalese) client who has filed for asylum based on their sexual orientation. Online research has yielded little, and any potential experts are either uninformed about Sri Lanka specifically, or if Sri Lankan, refuse to acknowledge any potential problem.
Anyone who served in Sri Lanka as a PCV and has knowledge of attitudes towards LGBT people there is welcome to write to me. PLEASE. I have not been able to find anyone who is an expert on such things, and I really believe that an RPCV Sri Lanka could do wonders.

Thank you very much,
Max
